Mexican Fire Opal has been around for decades and is still highly sought after on today’s market. This stone came from material that was mined in the 1980’s and was cut in the same time period, needless to say, it’s stable. The color is a bright yellow/orange with stunning multi-color flash. Across the apex of this cabochon are bright flashes of green, blue, red, orange and yellow, which are just gorgeous. It has that iconic misty appearance common in Opal.
